CAMERA-READY PAPERS

• Camera-Ready papers should be uploaded into the ICST CMC (Conference Management Center) at http://www.icst.org/cmc/. You can use your existing Cocus login to access the CMC.
• Once logged in, select the conference/workshop you wish to upload a Camera-Ready paper for.
• Fill out ALL information for your paper, include all co-authors of your paper and please make sure to double-check for errors before submission.

PAPER FORMATTING / DETAILS CORRECTIONS

• Formatting guidelines can be found below.
• For each paper, if necessary, you will be requested to make formatting changes.

General

• Please prepare your paper using the 2-column format.
• For Word users, View the guidelines and templates in DOC or PDF format.
  Note the you must have at the bottom of the first column of first page:
  Conference name: BIONETICS 2007, December 10-13, 2007, Budapest, Hungary.
  Copyright 2007 ICST TBA.
• Latex users must use sig-alternate-icst.cls style file
  and the template sig-alternate-icst.tex Before the \begin{document}, insert:
  \crdata{TBA}
  \CopyrightYear{2007}
  \conferenceinfo{Bionetics}{'07, December 10-13, 2007, Budapest, Hungary}
  This is already included in the template
  Note that only the header is changing with respect to the template when submitting the paper.
• Your paper must be submitted in PDF format. A PDF creator can be downloaded for Windows here.
• Failure to meet the formatting guidelines set by ICST, could result in your paper not being included in the Proceedings CD.
• Please note that you will see this box at the bottom of the first page. This must remain in this location on your paper ie. at the bottom of the left column. This is the ICST copyright and document/conference identification. Please, fill this bottom box in, using the following values:

Guidelines

• All fonts have to be embedded
• PDF file have to be compatible with Acrobat reader 4.0

Length

Main conference and bioinformatics track: Regular papers and invited papers are allowed up to 10 pages and short papers are allowed up to 4 pages, including all figures, tables and references. Extra pages will incur additional charges. More information can be found on the Registration form, where the payment for these would be made.

Workshops (SAC, GEC, CCBS): Regular papers are allowed up to 8 pages. Short papers up to 4 pages.
